I'm not going to say "They'll take me out of here in a box", because I'll probably move if/when I can't get up the stairs any more. I'd have to find somebody to take the books tho!
I had given up and was just waiting for my pension*, but the Jobcentre people don't seem to want to let me, and my current income isn't enough, in general or to put up with the hassle for.
*not the State pension of course; the govt. say I should keep "working" till I'm 66. That was never going to happen!
