It rarely slows down enough to go "Hang on a minute", so this is reconstructed, and might not all be in the right order; also, I'm resisting the temptation to re-watch it to get quotations right:

Spoilers go on a wild ride

Amelia, heh? We all know who she's going to grow up to be. "We'll just open this up properly, and then it'll snap back into place" - seriously, does that ever work? (Meanwhile, she doesn't turn a hair at him inviting himself into her bedroom. *Re-engage suspension-of-disbelief field, pls*)

Five minutes! *rude noise* More likely five years, no, longer than that - ten? How old is Amelia? I can never tell with kids.

After all the time he's spent on Earth, and in England in particular, does he really think that's a police uniform? This regeneration psychosis is a b—, isn't it? When I saw that costume in the publicity shots, I thought it was for a fancy dress party, as in: commercial Halloween costumes for women are all about the sexy, not actual Halloween themes. Who else wears a "police uniform" that stops at the hips? - Ah, "kissogram" is the kiddie-safe version, eh?

A rationale for "don't look behind you" that actually makes sense!

The Tardis is regenerating at the same time as he is: neat, and a nice excuse for not short-circuiting the plot by giving him too much Useful Stuff.

I like the searching-his-memory-banks effect. You could overdo that, mind.

"Your other friend, the good-looking one." Ah, so it's not that everybody in the village knows the str kissogram girl.

I'm sure you can't actually do that with a newly-commandeered laptop, however much of a genius you are. Better than hacking into the alien mothership, though.

Cool spaceship design. Is that saying "We never have to enter atmosphere, we can nuke the place from orbit"? No, it's "Our structural integrity field laughs at your puny 'air resistance'", or possibly "You think diamond is hard? Pfeh!" - but the eyeballs in the sky effect doesn't help with that, really.

Wow, the collateral damage in the vicinity of this guy! ... should perhaps have been my reaction to the four psychiatrists, but it was actually just before he runs up the fire engine ladder. Still, he is saving the earth, so.

I like "Leaving is good. Never coming back is better", and a re-purposing of Nine's first lines, haha!

Oh, you think you've got control of the time interval now? That'd be a first. - Sure enough, he never learns.

Retro detailing! Manual typewriter! Possibly visible in publicity shots, but more obvious when he uses it. Oo!

Has she been putting away childish things? Hey, what's that? ... Oh, that's what the dress was for. Yes, let's not have a romance over-plot this time, thanks. Can we pretend the other one never happened now?

That was fun.
