Yes I do! The new one arrived two days before the cancelled old one ("supporting documentation"), and possibly while I was actually at the Jobcentre telling my advisor that I hadn't heard back yet. But the couriers now have a phone or something that they take a photo of your front door with to prove they delivered it, so they don't need a signature, so I didn't have to go and pick it up from the depot.
